2025 Retreat to Costa Rica Labor Day Week

It is time for another fabulous luxury retreat to Vista Celestial! The retreat will take place 8/30 to 9/6. This past September I went to Costa Rica to check out some other places to see if there was somewhere else I wanted to have my retreats and I have to admit that there was no other place I visited that could match the luxury, the amenities or the value for what is included in the price of Vista Celestial so once again we are returning there.

Fabulousness Included:

  • Round trip group ground transportation from/to San Jose International (SJO) airport

    • Guests must arrive by 2pm or earlier on arrival day; must depart by 1pm or later on  departure day  (this will be discussed once you are ready to take the plunge & I am collecting everyone’s details)

  • Breakfast includes made-to-order breakfast, smoothie / juice and brewed coffee)

  • Lunch 

  • Dinner 

  • Alcohol is not included but may be purchased at any time throughout the day

  • 1x/day up/down mountain group transportation from hotel to beach or into town

  • And of course daily yoga class taught by me. I’ve been practicing since 1992, hold 600+ hours of training, and have been teaching since 2002, so you are in good hands with me no matter what level.

  • If you are not a yoga person but just want to enjoy the gorgeous resort, pool, jacuzzis, the freshest food you'll ever have (most of the fruit & veggies are grown right there at the resort; having fully organic fruit picked, cut and then served to you on the spot is unparallelled) & the beauty of Costa Rica in general without having to worry about anything you are also welcome of course! If you are an absolute beginner to yoga I am happy to send you a couple of videos just so you are understand some absolute basic things I likely won’t be able to stop and explain since there are usually all levels present & don’t want to make it a full first timers yoga retreat which would be unfair to more advanced practitioners so some absolute basic knowledge would be helpful even if you feel like you suck at it which is actually why you should try it. :) You are of course welcome to skip it or just watch a class to see how you feel. I am the least flexible yoga teacher I know so have a unique understanding of beginners, people with injuries or the flexibility challenged which I have found some other yoga teachers just don’t really have solutions or modifications for.
